Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Using services from GUESTCONNECTION signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.

USE RESTRICTIONS
You shall use the information contained in this website in accordance with the applicable legislation in each case, respecting the copyright of GUESTCONNECTION or third parties.
You shall not carry out, via the services that are provided by GUESTCONNECTION, any action that may damage or modify any of the content, or may hinder the proper functioning of the website. You shall not cause technical problems of any kind, nor transfer any element which may be susceptible to carrying computer virus. Neither shall you cause damage, nor interfere with, nor intercept totally or partially the present website. In no case GUESTCONNECTION will be liable for the inadequate use of this website or of its contents, or of the consequences thereof.

RIGHT TO ADMISSION
GUESTCONNECTION reserves the right to accept or to refuse proposals of prospecting companies at its own discretion.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your company. If this is not the case, GUESTCONNECTION has the right to suspend your account and refuse current or future use of our services.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your username and password. You will notify GUESTCONNECTION immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You will responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. GUESTCONNECTION will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to your using the account. You acknowledge that the complete privacy of your data and messages transmitted while using our services can not be guaranteed.

COMMUNICATIONS
The services may include certain communications from GUESTCONNECTION, such as service announcements, messages and newsletters. You understand that these communications are considered part of using our services. You can opt out from receiving mails. However, this may prevent us from providing effective service to you.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
By registering for our services, you agree to pay the fee designated in your purchase order for the minimum period specified and/or such other fee(s) as may otherwise be agreed to between the parties in writing. Charges are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for complying with tax regulations in your country.
In general, you will receive a confirmation of the services requested, once you have filled out the Order form online.
In case of using our Online Reputation Report, you will receive the report during one months without obligation, prior to be billed the full amount of the annual fee, including the first report. Upon the expiration of your annual period, your subscription will automatically renew, on a year-to-year basis, at the annual rate applicable to the Service at the time of the automatic renewal unless terminated by GUESTCONNECTION or until you notify GUESTCONNECTION of your decision to terminate the services.
You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice. All fees and charges are nonrefundable.
In case of using our other services (training or consulting), you will be invoiced 50% of total amount prior to, and 50% upon completion of our services. Payment is to take place within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
Additional costs as a result of our services, like meals, lodging and transportation, will be billed separately. GUESTCONNECTION will provide the necessary receipts.
You release GUESTCONNECTION from all liabilities and claim of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported within sixty (60) days of its first appearance on an invoice. You agree to pay all reasonable fees and costs incurred to collect any past due amounts. Your account may be deactivated without further notice if payment is past due, regardless of the amount. You agree to pay any outstanding balance in full within thirty (30) days of cancellation or termination of your Service account. You are responsible for paying all taxes and government charges.
GUESTCONNECTION reserves the right to modify billing methods or charge or change fees for any or all of the services. Such fees will not be charged unless your agreement is obtained. You will be given reasonable advance notice as well as the opportunity to cancel your membership. If you elect not to pay such fees, GUESTCONNECTION shall have the right to cease providing services to you.

COMMITMENT TO SOCIETY
GUESTCONNECTION donates ten percent (10%) of its net profit to Christian organizations that help equipping people to overcome physical, spiritual and financial problems.

CLIENT RESTRICTIONS
You will not: (1) transfer, sell or make available to any third party the content of our services; (2) provide any service based on our services without prior written permission; (3) use our services to exploit such content for (non) commercial purposes or obtain information about other hotels that you do not have the authority to; (4) use our services for spamming and other illegal purposes. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GUESTCONNECTION for your failure to comply.
You agree to be completely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through our services. You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise immoral, contains viruses, or that may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another. You agree not to use our services for the transmission of "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass emails. GUESTCONNECTION reserves the right to terminate your account if we believe that you have used our services for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
You acknowledge that GUESTCONNECTION retains exclusive ownership of the services and that these services contain confidential and proprietary information.

TECHNOLOGICAL LIMITATIONS
GUESTCONNECTION makes efforts to keep the website operational. However, technical difficulties or site maintenance/upgrades may result in temporary service interruptions. GUESTCONNECTION also reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions of the services with or without notice. You agree that GUESTCONNECTION will not be liable to you or to any third party for any of the consequences of any modification, suspension, discontinuance of or interruption to our services.
Although GUESTCONNECTION monitors all mayor review websites and blogs and searches for new blogs and sites, GUESTCONNECTION cannot guarantee the completeness of comments and or reviews found on the internet. You agree that GUESTCONNECTION cannot be held liable for omission of content regarding your hotel property.

LINKS
No third party will be allowed to establish a ´framing' between its own website and the present website. As far as the links in this website to other sites that are not managed by GUESTCONNECTION are concerned, this company declares that does not exercise any control over these sites, nor is it liable for the content of the aforementioned sites. The links provided by this website are for information purposes only and are without any type of appraisal regarding the contents, owners, services or products offered.

DISCLAIMER
You understand and agree that the use of our services is at your own risk. GUESTCONNECTION disclaims all warranties of any kind for its services, products and website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement of third party rights. GUESTCONNECTION makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or virus free. Use of any material downloaded or obtained through GUESTCONNECTION will be at your own risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, mobile telephone or wireless device or data that results from the use of our services or downloads.
You agree that GUESTCONNECTION not to be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or other loss or damage, or for loss of revenue profits, business interruption, computer failure, loss of business information or other loss caused by your use or inability to use our services. GUESTCONNECTION cannot be held liable for the content of responses written by GUESTCONNECTION on behalf of the hotel, as these responses are by order of and approved by the hotel. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with GUESTCONNECTION will be the termination of such services. In no event will GUESTCONNECTION´s liability to you exceed the fees paid towards our services.

TERMINATION
GUESTCONNECTION may in its sole discretion terminate your account and access to the Services for any reason including, breaches or violations of the letters and spirit of the Terms, a request by you to terminate your account, discontinuance or material modification to our services, technical issues, extended periods of inactivity and requests by law enforcement or other government agencies. GUESTCONNECTION will not be liable for any termination of the access to you or third parties. Termination of your account includes elimination of access to our services, deletion of your account information (e-mail ID and password) and of data in your account as required by law.

COPYRIGHT
This entire website and all its components are protected by Spanish and international copyright laws. The copyright regarding the contents of this website belong to GUESTCONNECTION, except in the case of externally contracted content, which is protected by national and international copyright regulations. The right to reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of content belongs exclusively to GUESTCONNECTION. You agree that you shall not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, yield, nor sell any of the elements previously mentioned nor create products or services, new or derived from the information obtained, without citing explicitly its origin. It remains explicitly prohibited to alter any content or structure of this website without explicit permission in writing by GUESTCONNECTION. Any use of this website or of its contents that is contrary to the current rules and regulations can be pursued in court.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
If you provide GUESTCONNECTION with personal data, you are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of this information.
